SAGILAB-Organismo de Certificação (OC) is a product certifying entity accredited by IPAC based on the requirements of NP EN ISO/IEC 17065.

Certification enables the impartial and reliable demonstration of the quality of a product and its compliance with the regulatory requirements. Consequently, the assignment of certification marks enables distinguishing products of excellence in the market.

Quality policy:



Follow with the utmost accuracy with the requirements of the NP EN ISO/IEC 17065 standard;
• Ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization;
• Keep an effective management system, in accordance with the relevant elements of the NP EN ISO/IEC standard17065, suitable for the type, scope and volume of work performed;
• Ensure proper documentation and availability to certification body staff;
• Ensure effective implementation of quality system procedures and instructions.
• With the scope of comply with the continuous improvement of our services, the following are also goals to be achieved:
• Obtain and maintain accreditation by the NP EN ISO/IEC 17065 standard;
• Ensure an up-to-date training system in technical and scientific terms;
• Minimize the number of complaints from clients;
• Publicize SAGILAB as an Certification body;
• Increase the clients base.

STAGE I – PROPOSAL

If you want to have a certified product, please formalise your Request for Certification by completing the provided Prior Consultation of Certification.
 

Etapa II – Concessão

This consists of 2 phases, the first being documental and the second involving an audit onsite carried out by duly qualified personnel. After the assessment of compliance phase, OC attributes each entity a Formal Certification document and an authorisation to use the Certification Mark which guarantees the entity's compliance with all the requirements considered under the Certification.
 
After the assessment of compliance phase, SAGILAB-Organismos de Certificação provides each entity with a Formal Certification document. This represents and assures compliance with all the requirements considered under the Certification.
