The "Advanced Spectrometry Services" project developed by the company Sagilab, Laboratório de Análises Técnicas SA aimed at developing advanced laboratory analysis services, using mass spectrometry techniques, with a view to increasing the capacity of the company's lines of operations and the development of new processes for analysis of raw materials related to agri-food, the environment, biology, biochemistry and geology. These techniques enable measuring more in less time, characterising with more precision various matrices whose metal components can be controlled at extremely low concentrations, and allow the use of a broad range of sample handling techniques which expands the limits of conventional analysis and detection.
